SR332 issues3中的Automated Reliability Prediction Procedure（ARPP）

同求这个ARPP最新版啊,version11.

应该就是device标准差的两倍吧.在计算时,如果是相同的device,只需要把数量累计就好了,不用在BOM里分开作为两项.SR332暂时不能考量并联的关系.

有个问题请教一下：

Relex是整个可靠性分析软件，有很多模块，当然价格就高了。现在还有Reliasoft也是可靠性软件
而SR332的ARPP只是单个预计的，也就是他们这个标准的。

两者比起来，价格就相差远多了。
