公司有坑一个，地址在苏州工业园区，需要招可靠性工程师一枚，10K左右，要求如下：

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PlanandconductNewMaterialEvaluation,DesignValidation,ProductQualificationandOn-goingReliabilityTests
2. Coordinatereliabilitytestproceduresandpracticeswithothergroupsandresolveconflictingrequirement
3. Analyzespreliminaryengineering-designconcepts,recommenddesignortestmethodsforattainingcustomer-specifiedoperationalreliability,usingknowledgeofreliabilityengineeringandothertechnologies
4. Monitorsfailuredatageneratedbycustomerusingproducttoascertainpotentialrequirementforproductimprovement
5. WorkwithEngineeringteamtoanalyzeanyreliabilitytestfailures,anddrivetheactionstoimprove
6. Performotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagement

SCOPE: Workonnewproductqualificationtest,regularORTtest,dailyfailureanalysis

SKILLS&ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: • HaveagoodcommunicationskillsinChinese&English
• ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice,esp.Excel
• Abilitytoworkindependently,aswellaswithinteams
• Knowledgeofandexperienceusingbasicstatisticaltools
• Labmanagementexperience
PREFERRED: • Familiarwiththequalitytools(QCtools、CP、FMEA、SPC、MSA.etc.)

WORKEXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: • Atleast5yearsworkingexperience,2yearsonreliabilitytestfield
