Responsibilities:
Work with Development team to ensure the products can meet reliability specification.
Conduct design review and close the loop with R&D to fix design issues.
Train relevant manufacturing partner personnel to conduct the test.
Define the reliability testing strategy, reliability test plan and conduct test.
Complete a stress based MTBF analysis of the product, thus providing initial reliability predictions.
Provide de-rating report base on component de-rating guideline.
Perform failure analysis and generate reports.
Maintain key relationships with 3rd party lab.

Requirements:
BS in electronic or mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Electronic products (Communication, Enterprise products, etc.) reliability testing and design analysis.
Knowledge of product and component failure mode and mechanism.
Capable of defining reliability test plan for components and system and execute them.
Goot at MTBF, De-rating, reparable and life analysis.
Familiar with Environmental and reliability testing such as Vibration test, shock test, drop test, storage test, HALT/HASS, acoustic test, RVI test, etc.
Project management skills and excellent communication skills
Effective communication skills and can do attitude.
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
