[size=12pt]环境试验设备设计、生产的依据是环境试验方法，随着生产力的进步、国民经济的发展，环境试验方法的日臻丰富，相应的环境试验设备亦随之日益增多。为了使环境试验能可靠、持续地得到实施，这就需要有质量上乘，性能合格的试验设备，而要达到这一要求，就需有一个统一衡量试验设备尺度即环境试验设备标准，以及环境试验设备基本参数检定标准。[size=12pt]
[size=3]我国的环境试验设备标准（以下简称“设备标准”）及电工电子产品环境试验设备基本参数检定方法标准（以下简称“方法标准”）起草、发布、实施于二十世纪八十年代中期。为使该两类标准能得到更好地贯彻执行，下面将我们在贯彻实施两类标准时的若干问题极其看法提出，以期同行引起注意，并求不吝赐孝，取得一致见地，将本行业的工作做好。
