在做Halt的combine测试的时候,是如何定你们的combine的条件的啊?
分别是百分之多少的margin值去做combine呢?一般针对什么产品啊?
目前我手头上有一个做MP3的测试要求,已经定义了温度的范围为-40~70C,做combine的时候要求GRMS/3, 2GRMS/3和GRMS值分别做5cycle.
PC的要求是80~90%的GRMS值做combine测试.
