•Purpose
Generallyproduct’sreliabilitywasestimatedbylifetesting.However,withthedevelopmentoftechnology,productscanmaintainmanyyearsworkingtime.Wecan’tgettheinformationtoevaluatethelifeinshorttimewithtraditionaltestmethod.SoweneedtodoALT(acceleratedlifetest).Meantimewemustassurethefailuremodewillnotbeinterferedbythetestenvironment.DuetothefailuremodesofLEDlampsobeytheexponentdistributionpopularly,wecanusetemperaturestresstodoALT.Thereisachemicalandphysicalchangingprocessbetweenthelifeofelectroniccomponentsandtemperature.Arrheniusequationcanindicatethisreaction.AlsowecanuseArrheniusformularytocalculatetheacceleratedfactor(AF).Butthismodeisusedmainlyforsinglecomponent,notforsystem.LEDlampiscomposedbythedifferentcomponentsandleds,soweexpectwecanuseavalueexpresstheactivationenergyofsystem.

InordertogainthestatusoflifeaboutproductsASAP,wedependonusingmorestrictstresstomaketheproductfailinshorttime,andrecordthedatatoanalyzethefailuredistribution,thenaccordingtothemathematicsformularycalculatethelife.
Lumenmaintenanceisusedtodefinethelifeoflamp;sowecanuseLumenoutputreductionasthefailuremode.

摘要:以Y11X圆形电连接器为研究对象,通过对电连接器进行失效物理分析、加速寿命试验和试验数据的统计处理,求得了电连接器在随机振动应力作用下的可靠性参数估计值,并对所建的振动可靠性统计模型进行了验证。
