职位描述：
1.主导设备的自动化技术规划，在设备设计安装调试时确保符合自动化设计要求。
2.主管设备维修可靠性团队，参与设备新产线和新项目的前期技术要求的确立和准备，协调项目的管理。
3.建议新的或优化的自动化解决方案，控制自动化项目的执行的成本。
4.负责自动化设备的改善使其生产工艺和生产效率得到优化。
5.为设备的自动化运行提供技术支持，为现场维修提供技术支持，包括自动化系统的问题查找，预防保养管理等。
6.负责自动化系统方面知识的培训。
7.负责多发故障的改善,无论机械或者电气。
8.可靠性团队的良好管理（工程师）。
