职位描述：
工作内容：
1、负责对控制器、DC/DC等产品进行环境与可靠性试验；
2、协助结构工程师对产品进行相关的可靠性检测并有针对性的提高产品可靠性的建议和措施，并落实执行；
3、参与搭建相关测试平台、制定测试计划与方案、测试报告输出等一系列工作；
4、熟练操作各类环境试验设备，如高低温环境试验箱、温度冲击试验箱、防尘试验箱、防水试验箱、振动试验台，冲击试验台、跌落试验台、斜面冲击试验台、盐雾试验箱等；
5、熟悉国内外各项环境试验标准如GJB150、GB/T2423、IEC、ISO等标准。
任职资格：
1、测控、机械、电子通讯、汽车、自动化、结构设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上新能源汽车控制器、电机环境试验相关经验；
3、具备较强的动手能力、较强的责任感,具有吃苦耐劳和勇于奉献的精神（必备要求）；
4、能够独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，责任心强，善于团队合作（软性素质要求）；
5、工作严谨细致，富有创造力，对新技术和工具有浓厚的兴趣（其他特殊要求）；
6、具备检测机构环境试验者优先。
