职位描述：
· To ensure the successful industrialization of EPS product.
· Diagnosis external problems (0km & Warranty); assembly process control – diagnosis internal rejections, preparing corrective actions and submitting documentation (Problem/Fault Report, etc), ESD training & audit.
· Provide Production support with regards to product updates, Diagnosis specification changes, continuous improvement activities, and equipment breakdowns. This role will involve an element of shift working to support planned production hours.
· Support development of cost effective product Diagnosis strategy, in conjunction with Quality, MSE, Manufacturing, Engineering and Estimating departments, which are appropriate to a product design, its safety integrity, application, environment and manufacturing processes employed to achieve a superior quality product.

天合汽车科技（上海）有限公司于2011年8月1日正式在安亭汽车零部件园区注册成立，是美国天合汽车集团下属全资子公司，天合科技总投资四千万美元，主要产品为转向柱式及带式电子转向产品，二期扩建完成后亚太技术中心将计划于2013年第三季度完成投入运行，投资超三千万美元 。原天合汽车零部件的部分电动助力转向柱式传动产线将一并在2013年3月正式转移至天合科技。天合科技将为天合在中国继续发展电动助力转向传动系统类产品奠定坚实的基础。
