职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1.Monitoring and analysis the classification status of test data, ensure that the risk of defects in the failure analysis of the monitoring range, guarantee the quality of shipments.
2.Training and guide the Shift Technician failure analysis of test data, improve the efficiency and ability of failure analysis.
3.Develop and study the testing data and electro circuit analysis technology, improve the failure analysis ability of department, training FA TS keep new skill appropriate.
4.Create and management the failure analysis data base, introduce and develop the software analysis function.
5.Assist to complete the Non-destructive and destructive analysis（include C-SAM, SEM , cross section ect.）.
6.Complete FA all kind report, include periodicity report.
Qualification:
1. Knowledge of failure analysis methods and processes. Familiar with circuit principle and RF testing principle. Programming ability is preferred.
2. More than 3 years working experience in electronics or related field, basic understanding of mass production and product quality analysis and control.
3. University degree, major in electronic engineering or related disciplines.
4. Good communication in English and team work ability.
5. Having strong analysis skills, learning ability and systematic method of work.

4. 创建和维护失效分析数据库，引入和开发失效分析数字化系统。
5. 协助完成无损和有损分析设备的分析操作（包括C-SAM, SEM，研磨等）。
6. 完成各种失效分析报告。
任职资格：
1. 了解失效分析方法和流程。熟悉电路原理和射频测试原理。有编程能力者优先。
2. 3年以上电子或相关领域的工作经验， 对于大规模生产和产品质量的分析和控制有基本认识。
3. 电子类专业本科及以上。
4. 良好的团队精神及交流、协调能力。英语流利，电脑操作熟练。
