职位描述：

Job Description岗位描述

1. Responsible for the Sensors product group (Accelerator Pedal Sensor, Torque Angle Sensor, etc) daily FA work；                                     

负责传感器产品组（油门踏板、扭矩角度传感器）日常分析工作的展开并完成相关分析报告。

1. Build up the analysis equipment/facilities to fulfill the daily analysis required.

建立失效分析所需要的设备。

1. Take lead corresponding department to dig out the failure cause;

领导相应部门寻找出失效原因。

1. Working with other department to make improvement base style=”text-align:left;”>基于失效原因协同其他部门做出改进。
   1. FA lab management, equipment maintenance and instrument calibration;

   协助进行FA实验室管理，设备维护以及仪器的校验管理。

   1. Support CLR & WR analysis work if necessary;

   必要时协助客退件和市场退件的分析工作。

   1. Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager.

   质量经理安排的其他工作。

    

   Necessary requirements 任职资格

    

   1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing is required;

   机械设计制造专业本科及以上学历。

   1. 5+ years’ working experience in failure analysis or quality management, experience in automotive related is a plus;

          5年以上失效分析或质量管理相关工作经验, 汽车行业优先。

   1. Deeper knowledge in geometry tolerance & the measurement method;

   理解形位公差概念以及测量方法。

   1. Familiar with dimension chain tolerance analysis;

   熟悉尺寸链公差分析。

   1. Good communication skill, responsibility, positive thinking;

          良好的沟通技巧，有责任心的，正面思考的。

   1. Fluent English.

          英语流利。
