-Responsible to set up Electronics reliability competency for GSC China ECC
-Responsible for critical components (especially Wire bonding IC and IGBT) quality and reliability management
-Support PCBA level reliability competency build up, including reliability failure module, monitoring, testing and CTP management
-Support critical component suppliers quality management, process audit and parts qualification
-Lead component failure analysis with focus on Integrated circuit components
-Worked closed as positive team members with internal and external groups to remove the roadblocks with most balanced solutions
-Be technical focal point for Electronics reliability including component, finish goods and system
-Lead customer related quality issue investigation with 8D method and structured problem solving.
-Aggressively drive on CI(continuous improvement) activities for product and process level
Qualifications:
-More than 10 years working experience in Electronics Reliability management, familiar with PCBA and Electronics components reliability tests, failure module and reliability acceleration module setup
-Solid Reliability knowledge and hands-on practice
-Familiar with IC, IGBT manufacturing process to CTP control level.
-Pass experience in reliability system set up will be a plus.
-Strong problem solving skill, familiar with 8D, 5W methods
-Be professional on quality files (PFMEA, Control Plan, etc), quality tools, SPC, GR&R,and 6 Sigma, 6Sigma Green belt will be preferred
-Good communication and cooperation skills.
-Basic English communication skill(Read, Write)
-Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environment.
-Certified Reliability Engineer as a must.
-Automation Aerospace working experience is preferred.
