职位概要: 负责公司内低良、客诉、可靠性异常的产品失效分析。
工作内容:
1. 分析故障产品包括公司内部和客户退货，收集信息，编辑故障分析报告。
2. 负责实验室产品分析，包括可靠性试验失败样品。
3. 负责分析结果的跟踪，建立FA记录。
4. 失效分析技术文件的编写及更新。
任职资格:
1. 电子工程或相关专业大学学历，具有模拟电子和数字电源经验；熟悉电子电路理论和基本电路图。
2. 3年无线行业工作经验，微电子及微组装工艺开发设计经验优先。
3. 熟悉电路调试和测量，具有良好的故障排除能力，能使用万用表、示波器、IV曲线等简单设备进行故障检查和排除。
4. 有SMT和PCBA相关缺陷分析经验；有无线局域网和蓝牙通信故障分析及相关经验者优先。
5. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，具有沟通能力，团队意识和责任心，根据生产任务的工作需要服从领导安排。
