The Sr. DQE will be based in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Perform reliability design verification test according to test plan and issue reports. Test including customer specified reliability test plan such as waterfall reliability testing.
Analyze product failure and failure trend, determine root cause and initiate necessary corrective action to ensure the reliability of the products are improved. Background on JMP, Weibull and other statistical analysis tool is a plus.
Review and analyze customer reliability requirements and specification and highlight conformance and non-conformances.
Work closely with the cross functional team, R&D, Manufacturing, NPI, Program Management and the Customer to identify barriers that may affect customer requirements and deliverables
Provide guidance and leadership to DQE technicians and operators
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Bachelor or College degree with major in Engineering.
At least 5 years DQE/reliability test experience of power supply products.
Good knowledge on power electronics, power electronics reliability test such as environmental test, mechanical test and other customer special requirement reliability test.
English Communication skills
