ACCOUNTABILITY:
Continuously improve equipment reliability to support TPU/PCG/PHC manufacturing departments to produce and deliver compliant products at targeted cost, quality and service levels under excellent HSES management through optimizing maintenance reliability program and improving maintenance technician skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and optimize maintenance reliability program for site process equipment and utility facility by collecting and analyzing equipment performance data and failure historical data.
Develop and implement mechanical integration program to ensure compliance with local regulation and Corporation HSES requirement.
Implement mFMEA to evaluate potential equipment risk, provide solution and implement corrective action plan to reduce the risk of HSES and long downtime.
Lead continuous improvement activities within maintenance department and implement lean manufacturing like 6S, TPM-AM, TWI, A3 etc.
Build and optimize maintenance system in SAP, include PM/PdM, spare part etc.
Facilitate root cause analysis for equipment failure and incident investigation through implementing problem solving tools, like 5-whys, FTA, fish-bone diagram etc.
Understand reliability block diagram and reliability/maintenance modeling concepts and how reliability data are incorporated to form a predictive model.
Analyze maintenance expense and identify high maintenance cost order and equipment, to seek the opportunity of cost reduction.
Perform equipment life cycle cost analysis for project equipment selection and reliability improvement.
Communicate with Corporation maintenance team, share and implement maintenance best practice.
Implement risk-based inspection (RBI) and reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to develop maintenance strategy of critical equipment to reduce risk and improve reliability.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
Education Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, engineering or related majors
Fluent in English, can communicate well with foreign colleagues both written and oral.
At least 6 years’ working experience, foreign venture experience is preferred.
5 years’ mechanical maintenance experience in chemical plant.
3 years’ experience in equipment reliability.
Technical Skills:
Demonstrated skills related to continuous improvement and optimization of existing equipment through analysis of equipment performance.
Be familiar with API, GB related standard and regulation.
Be familiar with mechanical integrity requirements and associated reference manuals and standards.
Be familiar with rotating equipment maintenance, like pump, gear box, blower, chiller, compressor etc.
Demonstrated ability of continuous improvement for equipment reliability and maintenance process.
Have strong trouble shooting and problem-solving capability, familiar with analysis tool like 5-why, RCA, fish-bone diagram, A3, FMEA etc.
Be familiar with predictive maintenance, like NDT, oil analysis, CUI, Vibration etc.
Good communication capability and skill,
Be familiar with CAD and office software
Other Experiences Preferred:
Has project experience or equipment commissioning experience.
Familiar with lean manufacturing.
Familiar with extruder and pelletizing system.
