Responsibilities
Define new products hardware reliability/environmental testing methodologies, design and implement plans, systems and tools to meet project schedule requirements. Carry out reliability assessments of hardware products including: analysis of existing data, reliability prediction, fault tree analysis, FMEA, hazard analysis.Maintain 3rd part lab list, arranged and followed up the work of the outsourcing test project, and reviewed the conformity of the test report provided by the 3rd party laboratory. Ensure the quality of design products and minimize reliability defects escapes to customers.Ensure the validation task be finished timely by well scheduling the time frame, improving the test efficiency and automating the test execution.Must work closely and constantly communicate with various teams, including PM, QC and production,etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree of Science Mechanical Engineering, industrial design, mechanical manufacturing and Mechatronics and electromechanical designs or other professional background.Excellent command of oral and written English.6+ years experiences in reliability & safety testing or associated Quality Assurance, Familiar with relevant reliability test standards and DFMEA/APQP and other quality control tools.Strong skills in making test tools for reliability test implementation following inclusive: Basic Safety Test; High Temperature Run-in Test; Altitude Test; Vibration Test; Drop Test, Pop Test, Hardness Testing device,etc.Rich experience of testing logic and judgment ability, have the ability of reliability design risk assessment in product development stage, and be able to carry out reasonable reliability assessment for new project development.Have rich knowledge of raw materials, and choose suitable raw materials according to customer requirements (especially wood, metal, glass, acrylic, etc.) Be proactive and willing to accept challenges.
