– Run onsite DTW CEC (Customer Experience Center).
– Quality and reliability engineering in Customer Services.
– Leading technical failure analysis in customer complaint handlings and service cases per defined DT process.
– Leads in task level quality technicians in customer complaint FA.
– Gives technical support for CQE in customer communication.
– Lead and ensure that corrective actions from customer complaint cases are implemented at DT.
任职要求：
– Hands on Skills and Experience with the debugging (failure analysis) and root cause analysis of system level, electronic hardware and control electronic hardware
– 4 or more years in Broad technical knowledge and skills, with deep understanding in at least one of the following area: Software/Firmware Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering in international company
– Experience working on customer interface (in technical role)
– University graduate or above from relevant technology field
– Fluent English communication, written, and read competency
– Familiar with Oscilloscope & Logic Analyzer for debugging and tracking problems
