Job Summary:
Describe the overall purpose of this position, including the value that it brings to the organization.
Take the full responsibility for the Unitary products reliability and quality ownership to support the engineering unitary product activity.
Principal Responsibilities:
Broad knowledge on Reliability and QualityWorking patience for the assigned jobWork independently with very little supervision.Strong interpersonal skillsA sense of urgency and a willingness to take responsibility for tasks.Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals.Travel is need.pan>
Key Competencies:
Interacts with the new product development （NPD） team to develop the reliability model for the components and units validation testing plan and follow up the testing execution.Lead the DFMEA and PFMEA activity during the new product developmentTake the ownership for the failed components root cause analysis and the improvement testing. Provide the improvement suggestion to development engineer.Travel to field to follow up the failure analysis in the customer site and fix the issues happened in the field.Warranty data analysis for the top failed components and work with team to improve the reliability and quality accordingly.Achieve the ICQ, DPPM, COPQ annual AOP targetOther assignments from the manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above.Majoring in Refrigeration/Cryogenics/HVAC is preferred.Experience in NPD of water based unitary is preferred.Abundant theoretical experience in assigned areas: Refrigerant system design, Heat exchange calculation, and system critical parts selection, etc.Be professional with DFMEA, FRACAS, and DVP&R creating，Reviewing process.Be familiar with product development and evaluation processing.Good communication skills (written, oral & presentation) in English.
