Perform analysis on memory product defect from production and qualification on wafer level or finished products.Define the FA flow for each FA case.Generate FA report and assist product and design eng to find the root cause of defect.Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment.Develop the FA process and FA capability for new product and new technologies.

Familiar with semiconductor mfg process and technologyFamiliar with memory product technology and structureUnderstand memory product test process and methodologySkillful in performing failure analysis with FA tools or methodology such as Delayering, OBIRCH/EMMI, SEM/EDX, FIB or TEMGood communication, presentation skills and teamwork spiritFluent English speaking, reading and writing skillFamiliar with NAND theory and electrical circuits study will be preferredExperience with NAND PFA and 3D NAND Fabrication process will be preferred
