Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
1. Be in charge anticipate / inspect / review product RAMS （reliability / availability / maintainability / safety ）during R&D / production / delivery / operation.
负责预测、检查、评审产品在研发、生产、交付、运行等各环节的可靠性，可用性，可维护性以及安全性。
2. Conduct the failure analysis with tools of FTA, fishbone, 5W, etc. and propose corrective actions and preventive actions.
运用失效树、鱼骨图、5W等方法主导重大不良的失效分析， 并提出改善预防措施。
3. Take care of the work of product risk assessment and safety assessment.
负责产品的风险分析和安全分析工作。
4. Be the benchmark in terms of Safety methodology functional and practical application of ISO26262 standards.
成为ISO26262标准在安全方法论、功能和实际应用方面的基准。
5. Work with related persons to perform the verification and validation for product RAMS.
与相关人员实施RAMS的验证和确认。
6. Review DFMEA, PFMEA, take care of rationalization proposal on RAMS.
评审DFMEA, PFMEA, 负责RAMS合理化建议。
7. Participate in technical audits of our subcontractors and our suppliers.
参与对公司分包方和供应商的技术审核
8. Follow up the relevant job superior assigned.

Qualifications / 岗位需求：
– Bachelor or above degree, major related to mechanical / electronic / electrical.
本科或以上学历，机械/电子/电气相关专业。
– At least 2 years RAMS engineer and 5 years working experience in engineering or quality field.
具有两年RAMS工程师和五年以上工程或质量相关的工作经验。
– Be aware of related RAMS standards, a registered reliability engineer will be preferred.
了解相关RAMS标准，具有可靠性注册工程师证优先。
– Quality engineering experience in battery field and / or in automotive field / rail traffic is a plus.
***具备电池品质工程或汽车领域、轨道交通经验。
– Be familiar with IATF16949 and be good at the use of tools such as FTA, FMEA, reliability calculation.
熟悉IATF16949和擅长FTA, FMEA,等工具的使用和可靠性计算。
– Good knowledge of ISO26262 / electrical safety / CAN communication / embedded software quality.
