1. Failure analysis electronic problems on PCBAs or modules from customer complaint or production engineer;
2. Root cause analysis, write the failure analysis reports for customer and quality department ;
3. Support quality engineer to dig out the root cause of failure, inclusive production failure and complaint;
4. Create the testing documents and work instruction according to the equipment working manuals;
5. Equipment maintenance and calibration;
6. Other issues will arrange by supervisor
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering Physics or electronic testing background;
2. 2-3 years working experience in PCBs or PCBA electronic failure analysis laboratory, have RF experience preferred;
3. Familiar with oscilloscope, multimeter, LCR, waveform generator, RF test equipment CMW500(wifi testing, Bluetooth, GPS)
4. Have a wide spread base- knowledge in components, circuits and complex schematics;
5. Be able to calculate voltage, amperes, frequencies, behaviors in a schematics and have to be able to measure this in a real circuit
6. Be able to learn the functional parts and blocks in a given schematic and circuit form a customer;
7. Be able to read schematics, datasheets and add this to a picture in one’s mind and for other what is happening while power on, while the electronic is driven and working;
8. Be able to repair PCBAs
9. Will to be trained on products or be in discussion with product engineer;
10. Good communication and coordination skill;
11. Fluent English, both oral and written, can speak Germany will be plus.
