Basic Function of the Job:

Responsible for optical line-card & muxponder line-card & system chassis product DVT setup and automation test program development.

Develop automatic test program for manufactory and transfer to production line, generate and release the related document.

Develop and Optimize test platform and improving test efficiency.

Work with team to investigate the issue and problems analysis.

Reports to: R&D Test Manager
Primary Location: Shanghai
Job Requirements
Education: • BS or higher technical degree in Engineering or Science, preferably with optics or photonics specialty.
Experience:
• 2+ years’ relevant industry experience
• Good communication in both English and Mandarin.
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution
• Experience with networked PC based computer systems
Special Skills:
• Experience in automation test development
• Proficiency with Visual Studio C#, Python or VB
• Be familiar with database application, Oracle, SQL data client/server architecture.
• Be familiar with optical equipment such as OSA, optical network tester.

A) Design test solution for the new product design verification testing.
B) Transfer and release test program to production line.
C) Troubleshooting or debug module test issue with cross function together.
D) Improve and optimize test program for project cost reduction.
2) Improvement and optimizing test system 30%
A) Developing and optimizing the test system to be more robust and drive cost reduction projects
B) Design and develop new test platform to improve test efficiency.
3) Manufacturing and legacy product support 20%
A) Provide technical support for manufacturing production line.
B) Support legacy product test issue in manufacturing.
C) Support manufacturing test production line transfer.
