LCD TV的可靠性资料

新手区的朋友需要个LCDTV的可靠性试验方法我这里正好有一个可以参考一下。:)



1.0SCOPE
Thisdocumentdefinestherequirements,testingmethodsandcriteriaofthereliabilitytestsrequiredduringtheEngineeringVerificationTest(FromnowonreferredtoasEVT),DesignVerificationTest(FromnowonreferredtoasDVT)andProductionVerificationTesting(FromnowonreferredtoasPVT)stages.
ThetestsshallbeperformedandreportspreparedandsubmittedbythesuppliertoViewSonicProjectEngineersforverification.

2.0MECHANICALTESTING
2.1Package
Objective:
Purposeofthepackagetestistoensurethatthepackagewillprotecttheproductagainstmechanicalshockandvibrationduringthetransportation.

Testsample:
DVT:2unitsPVT:4units
TestDescription:
TestisperformedaccordingtodocumentVSCPACSPEC003,V1.6Dated5/29/1998Purpose
Purposeofthisdocumentistodefineshockandvibrationlevelsthatallmonitorsmustbedesignedtowithstandanddescribestestprocedureforcheckingthat.Packagedproducttestsarecovered.

Application
ThisdocumentappliestoallViewSonic’sLCDmonitors.
IMPORTANT!ThesameindividualdisplayunithastopasstheCOMPLETEPROCEDUREdescribedinthisdocument.Incaseofdamagethetesthastobestartedfromthebeginning,eitherusingthesamerepairedmonitorornewone.
Testequipmentrequirements

2.2Vibrationtesting
Vibrationequipmentmustbecapabletoproduceatleast25mmstroke.40mmisrecommended.
Vibrationtableshouldberigidenoughtoproduceuniformvibrationovertheentiresurface.
2.3Droptestingequipment
Bothinclinedtrackandfreefall-equipmentareacceptable.Incaseofinclinedtrackimpactspeedmustbecontrolled,maximumallowableerroris±3%.Adequateimpactwallrigiditymustbeassured.
Itisrecommendedtousemeasurementequipment,whichproduceaccelerationcurve.Ifnecessarysuitablefilteringmightbeusedtoclarifyresults.
