更多详见附件 看的头疼 JimmyYang以前是我大老板，很厉害的一角色，现在wistronQE&LAB就一直在搞美国CRE工程师的认证，我参加了一段时间，不过统计学基础太差，没跟上，学了些理念上的东西，就撤了，不过还是蛮有用的啦，呵呵!上面的一些介绍，我们在wistron也做过很多类似的培训，不过现在都忘了哦！ 仔细看了下，讲师好像都是wistron可靠性实验室的，都有接触过，他们对做HALT测试确实有比较深的研究，我们还跟他们学习了一段时间，手上还有一些资料了，呵呵！ ragi前辈,能否分享下你的HALT的资料啊？ 哎呀，还真是我们公司的人勒，主讲还是常常co-call的人了~嘿嘿 谢谢楼主！！！！！
