有个职位向大家推荐，新品可靠性主管，工作地在无锡。汽车行业，美资，500强，汇报给直接跟GM汇报的新品总监。要求：本科以上，可靠性工作经验，汽车行业或者机械行业，英文流利，最好有项目管理经验。
具体工作职责如下：
•        Ownershipofthereliabilityanalysisandreliabilitygrowthtrackingforthenewproductionintroductionprojects
•        Providereliabilitystatus,analysisandupdatereportstotheTPLsandChiefEngineerintheNPDteam
•        Datagatheringandprocessingtoprovidereliabilityanalysisofturbochargersandturbochargercomponents
•        Provideguidanceonacceleratedtestingtechniquessoastoimproveourunderstandingoftheproductpriortorelease.
•        SupportthedevelopmentofnewanalysistechniqueswiththeReliabilityGroupLeader
•        Supporttraininginreliabilitytools,e.g.duringDFSSgreenbelttraining,useofreliabilitytrackingdatabase..
•        SupportthecompanyreliabilityspecialistleaderforCTTwithCumminsREFEleadertoprovidecommonapproachandsharebestpractices
•        Maintainrecordsofcustomerwarrantyclaimdatatosupportreliabilityanalysis
•        Providedatatothecompanyreliabilityspecialistforwarrantyaccrualprocessbyprovidepredictionsoffailurerates,chairingthereviewswiththeProductLineLeaders,managing
thedatarecords.
•        ReviewentriesintheCTTservicedatabaseandimproveaccuracywherepossible
•        ProductionandpresentationofmaterialinrelationtothereliabilityofCumminsTurboTechnologiesproducts
•        LiaisewiththeCumminsTurboTechnologiesServiceorganisationtogetdataandunderstandfieldissues
•        Supportorganizationsolvingfieldproblems.
•        Supportkeycustomersinunderstandingfieldfailuresandprovidedatafortheirreliabilitypredictionmode
