美资外企寻求元器件工程师

ThispositionisbasedinChina.He/shewillworkcloselywithUSandlocalteams,contractmanufacturers,factorymanagement,sourcing,productengineeringandtestengineeringteam.Responsibilitiesincludesdatagathering,failureisolationanddebug,drivefailureanalysiswithotherteams/suppliers/vendors/contractmanufacturers.OccasionaltravelwithinChina(primarilyShenzhenandZhuhai)isrequired.

Requirements:
-Minimum5yearsofworkingexperienceintherelevantfield.
-Preferablytograduatewithaminimumofbachelorofengineeringinelectricalandelectronicsengineeringorequivalent.
-Experiencedincomponentandplatformleveldebugandfailureanalysis.
-Goodunderstandinginmanufacturingprocessandflow.
-Abilitytoperformanalyticalthinkingandgoodproblemsolvingskills.
-Abilitytoworkwithotherteamsorexternalstakeholderstodriveissues.
-Goodincommunicationskills.ProficientinbothEnglishandMandarin,bothinspeakingandwriting.

这个看公司的架构，架构好的公司，一般来说，职责比较明确，而有些公司，一般是兼职的
