关于GR-1221-CORE中失效判断有这么一句话 A power change of the greater of 10% or 0.5 dB (e.g., insertion loss increased 功率变化以不大于10%或者0.5dB作为失效判断依据,那么在什么情况下选择10%,什么情况下以0.5dB作为依据呢?从上面应力筛选的中的A power change of the greater of 5% of the initial value (in dB) or 0.1 dB is
recommended as thefailure criterion. For example, a 16 dB coupler has a maximum allowable power change of 0.8 dB;a 0.5 dB filter has a maximum power change change of 0.1 dB.以这个例子来将就是当5%的值大时选5%,而当0.1dB大时选0.1dB,不知道我理解的是否正确? 我现在从事的是无源器件的可靠性方面的工作,比如现在做一个1/99的couper的试验,IL分别为0.2dB/20.1dB,那我这两端的失效判断依旧都用±0.5dB是否要求更高了??
