Conditioning
1SpecimensaretobepreconditionedinaccordancewithASTMD618(ISO291)at23±2Cand50±5percentrelativehumidityforaminimumof48hours.
2Specimensforcertaintestsaretobepreconditionedinanair-circulatingovenfor168hoursat70±1Candthencooledinthedesiccatorforatleast4hoursatroomtemperature,priortotesting.
3Onceremovedfromthedesiccator,specimensshallbetestedwithin30minutes.
4Allspecimensaretobetestedinalaboratoryatmosphereof15–35Cand45–75percentrelativehumidity.
5Cottonshallbeconditionedinthedesiccatorforatleast24hourspriortouse.
6Onceremovedfromthedesiccator,thecottonshallbeusedwithin30minutes

Testcriteria
1AmaterialshallbeclassifiedHBwhentestedasdescribedin7.2.1–7.5.10.
2AmaterialclassedHBshall
a)Nothaveaburningrateexceeding40mmperminuteovera75mmspanforspecimenshavingathicknessof3.0–13mm,or
b)Nothaveaburningrateexceeding75mmperminuteovera75mmforspecimenshavingathicknesslessthan3.0mm,or
c)Ceasetoburnbeforethe100mmreferencemark.See7.5.1and7.5.9.
3AmaterialclassifiedHBinthe3.0+0.2mmthicknessshallautomaticallybeclassedHBdowntoa1.5mmminimumthicknesswithoutadditionaltesting.
4Ifonlyonespecimenfromasetofthreespecimensdoesnotcomplywiththeequirements,anothersetofthreespecimensistobetested.AllspecimensfromthissecondsetshallcomplywiththerequirementsinorderforthematerialinthatthicknesstobeclassifiedHB.

我司做adaptor，沒有專門的燃燒測試設備。
為防供應商亂用料，只得用附件的辦法測試。
大家見笑了！
