关于冲击实验

请各位大哥帮我理解一下,以下是BellcoreGR-1221_CORE中的第6.2.1冲击实验部分

AsuggestedmethodofperformingthistesttoEIA/TIA-455-2Aproceduresistomountthefiberopticcomponentinsideacontainerfilledwitharigidpackingmedium(suchassandorsmallglassbeads)sothatthepackagedoesnotshiftorbouncearoundwhenthecontainerisdropped.Inthisway,theimpactshockisnotabsorbedbyanelasticpackingmaterialorbythecomponentfiberpigtailsorleads,butisfullytransmittedtotheinternalcomponents.

我的理解是这么做的,不知道有没有错误:
1)先设计包装,使包装内的产品的脆值(G)至少满足500G的要求.
2)然后通过跌落实验,就象要求中所要求的从1.8m的地方自由落下等等.
3)实验结素观察包装内结果是不是出现损坏的迹象?

应该不是，两个测试的目的都是一样的，任选其中一个即可，主要是要保证力量被传递走，而不是被吸收。

做冲击测试时，需要一些夹具把产品牢牢的固定，保证能量传递到无器件上，而不是被夹具或其他的衬垫而吸收。

机械冲击有一般来讲有3哥参数：加速度，脉宽，速度变化量；一般比较关注加速度，脉宽，每个轴向都要冲击，也就是自由落体，固定很重要，一定要是刚性连接
