ThepositionistosupportfiberopticspassiveandactivecomponentsR&DteamlocatedinShenzhen,thecompanyisoneoftheleadingcompanyinfiberopticsindustry.
Responsibilities:
-Developanddriverelassessmentandqualplans.
-PerformandfacilitateDFMEAandPFMEAanalysesofproductdesigns.PresentDFMEA/PFMEAanalysestocustomers.
-Fornewtechnologies,developdesignofexperiments(DOEs)toestimatetheexpectedlifeandfailurerateofthetechnologiesinfieldconditions.
-PerformFITRateAnalysesforproductsandproviderecommendationsoncomponentselection/applicationforhighestreliability.WorkwithGlobalSupplyManagementoncomponentselectionandqualification.
-ManagequalificationtestingonproductsperformedatourCMsquallab.Reviewdatafromqualificationtestsandwritequalificationreports.
-Performfailureanalysistounderstandfailuremechnismofreliabilitytestfailures,providerecommendationsfordesign/material/processchanges.

RequiredQualifications
Bachelor’sdegreeinanEngineeringdisciplineorequivalent,withatleast2yearsreliabilityengineeringexperienceinopticalcommsindustry.
MustbeabletocommunicateinEnglish.

总算看到一个招聘做光器件可靠性的，找到一点安慰了。
本人在光器件行业呆了5年多，头两年是做光器件产品工程师，近三年是做可靠性设计和测试。
楼主上述的要求就是我平日的工作内容。
只是今年还没有去深圳的计划，呵呵
