求助-关于电子产品标签验证

在产品高温高湿实验中发现所用标签轻触后极易变得字迹模糊，所以开发新供应商验证碳带。
我们现在的实验条件是85/85高温高湿实验及-40~85℃TC循环验证168hrs，并在实验后用蘸有水和酒精的棉签擦拭标签，但对6种碳带验证后均失败。
请问关于耐高温高湿耐酒精的碳带是否有相关标准？我们采用的实验条件是否合理？请各位朋友指教。

一般不用汽油的，一般汽油加油站也不随便卖的，要使用标准的汽油桶去才卖，或是开着你的宝马去加油也行。

官方推荐用：正己烷。如下图。

Intheabsenceofrelevantproductstandardsoriftherelevantproductstandarddoesnotincludemarkingdurabilityrequirements,thefollowingshallapply:

Complianceischeckedbyinspectionandbyrubbingbyhandfor15swithapieceofclothsoakedwithwaterandagainfor15swithapieceofclothsoakedwithpetroleumspirit.

产品需要经过可靠性试验（高温高湿），那么该标签也应该通过高温高湿试验？但为何多款碳带均失效？请大家指导。

根据使用环境不同,当然要经过环境试验处理,至于碳带失效,这个就是油墨的沾附力的问题,从材料的物性去着手分析就是了.

不一定是碳带的问题，还与标签材质有关，有些防水的标签做此种试验就是过不了。
