英文版的，我看百度文库里也有，但是我们论坛里没有，仅供方向性参考，ADI做哪些可靠性实验？如何做？哪些可靠性数据？

ThisADIReliabilityHandbookintroducescustomersandpotentialcustomerstotheresearch,technologicaldevelopments,quality/reliabilityphilosophy,andprogramsemployedbyAnalogDevices.Wehopereadersfinditinformativeandthatthemanualbecomesastandardreferencetheywillfindhelpfulshouldtheywishtosetupsimilarprocedures.ADIreservestherighttomodifythemanualatanytime.
Thishandbookispublishedasareferenceguideandisinnowaytobeinterpretedasaguaranteethatcertainproductsmeetthecriteriadefinedhere.Forspecificinformationregardingdedicatedproducts,pleaserefertotheapplicabledataspecificationsheet.

INTRODUCTION
Purpose
ThepurposeofthiswebpageistofocusontheactivitiesandcriteriathatADIusestoproduceveryreliableandhigh-qualityproductsthatmeetcustomers’requirements.Thesiteisalsodesignedtoconvey
theembeddedphilosophiesonqualityandreliabilitythatareembodiedineverystepofthemanufacturingprocessandinallpersonnel.AlsodiscussedisADI’scommitmenttothecustomers’needsand
itsquestforexcellencethroughcontinuousimprovementatalllevelsinthedesign,manufacturing,andsupportareasofthecompany.

ADIReliabilityCharter
ADIhasalwaysplacedthehighestemphasisondeliveringproductsthatmeetthecustomer’stotalrequirementsand,asaresult,generatecompletecustomersatisfaction—criticalforsuccessandsurvivalintoday’sintegratedcircuitindustry.Thisisachievedbyincorporatingqualityandreliabilitychecksnotonlyinallrealmsofproductandprocessdesign,butinthemanufacturingprocessaswell.Thisisachievedthroughcarefulplanninginthedesignphasesofanynewdevelopmentorequipmentintroductionintoanyofourfacilitiesutilizingcommunicationandteamwork.ADIstronglybelievesinthenecessityforcross-functionalteamsandthecontributionsofindividualstoattainexcellenceinqualityandreliability.OuremployeesarecommittedtothequalityandreliabilitygoalsofthecompanyandtocontinuallyimprovingthequalityandreliabilityofAnalog’sprocessesandservicesonaglobalbasis.
Consequently,ADI’spolicystatementonqualityisplacedinallmeetingroomsandinallprominentpositionsthroughouttheplanttoremindemployeesthatthequestfortotalcustomersatisfactioniscontinualandeveryemployeehasaresponsibilityinensuringthequalityobjectivesofAnalogDevices.
