IC的SD试验抽样数标准

在JEDEC的JESD22-B102E中描述了SOLDERABILITY的流程，但没有介绍抽样数？请高手指教下SD试验的抽样标准是什么？是不是“3lot22PIN"?是参照哪个文件的？谢谢！

JESD47I这个标准我看了，里面对SD试验的抽样标准是3lot/22leads，但我有个问题是想QFP封装的IC有几十个leads，那难道就抽样一个？请指教，谢谢！

undergonetin-leadfusingafterburn-in.Thesamplesizenumberappliestothenumberofleadsinspectedexceptin
nocaseshalllessthanthreedevicesbeusedtoprovidethenumberofleadsrequired.

除了老炼后经浸热焊料或浸锡铅的器件外，用作可焊性试验的所有器件，应是经引线镀涂即将发运，并经受过老炼温度/时间处理的试验。所要求的引线数，最少应为3个器件中选出，样本大小适用于所检验的引线数。
