Yourresponsibilities
• RunreliabilityprojectsintheGreaterChinaRegion,includingShanghai,Suzhou,HongKong,etc.,whetheritareproblemsolving(improvement)ordesigninginprojects.Easilyaccessibleforourcustomer’sengineers,architectsandmanagers.
• Setupreliabilityactivityplans(activities,timingbutalsocompetencesneededfromlocalPinsandEindhovenPins)
• TechnicallysupportCustomerRelationManagertoacquirereliabilityconsultancyprojectsandservicelevelagreements
• Directlyhelpthereliabilityengineersincaseofsmallerquestionsinaresult-driven,hands-onapproach
• ForReliabilityexpertassignments,youneedtounderstandtherequestindetail,collectallnecessaryinformationandteamupwithyourcolleaguesoftheEuropeanProductQuality&Reliabilityteam.
• BeacompetentreliabilityexpertthathasagoodoverviewovertheReliabilityissuesandchallengesintheapplicationdomainsLighting,HealthCareandConsumerLifestyle
• GiveDesignforReliabilitytrainings
• IntroduceEuropeanReliabilityexpertswhentheycometoChina
• Playanactiveroleinprojectsthatraisethecustomerorganizationtoahigherlevel,suchas“DesignforReliability”projects

• In-depthknowledgeandaproventrackrecordinimplementingandapplyingconceptsinthefieldsofdesigninginreliabilityandproblemsolvingtechniques.(ExperienceandtrackrecordinAutomotiveindustryanditstoolsandconcepts(D/PFMEA,ControlPlan,PPAP)and/orHealthcareindustry(GMP,GLP,qualitystandards)arestronglypreferred.)
• Excellentcommunicationskills,abletoclearlysummarizecomplextechnicalproblems
• VerygoodmasteryoftheEnglishlanguage.
