1Scope
ThisInternationalStandardestablishesgeneralrulestobeusedforthecompilationofperformancetestschedulesforcomplete,filledtransportpackagesintendedforusewithinanydistributionsystemexceptforthepackagesusedfordangerousgoods.
Foraknowndistributionenvironmentwithexperimentaldataavailable(case1),thisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinesforthecompilationofappropriatetestschedules.
Foranunknowndistributionenvironment(case2),thisInternationalStandardprovidestestschedulesindependenceofthetestspecimenmassandforecastdestination.
ThisInternationalStandardalsogivesthefactorstobeconsideredinassessingthecriteriaofacceptanceofsuchpackagesaftertheyhavebeensubjectedtoapackageperformancetestschedule.
