o        MakingaccurateanalysisonCostofNon-Qualityanalysis,Linerejectrate&Yieldimprovement,DPPM
o        Supportingimprovementsbasedonaboveanalysis,
o        LeadmanufacturingPSTinlinewithPhilipsrequirement.
-        Warranteequalitycontrol(incominginspection)oflampcomponents,
-        Warranteequalitycontrol(outgoinginspection)ofallfinishedPhilipsproducts,
-        WarranteelifetimetestingandreportinsuppliersideofPhilipsproducts,
-        WarranteecontainerloadingforallPhilipsorders,
-        InsurethecomplianceofSustainabilityrequirements,suchasRoHScompliancesystem
-        TrainsupplierstaffonprocessandproductinlinewithKnowledgetransferpolicy(KTP);
-        WorkcloselywithCSGandGTDqualitycolleaguestoapplycorrectiveactionforeachcustomercomplaintswith8Dreport
-        Makemonthlyqualityreportonqualityandmanufacturingresultsofthesupplier
-        Supportsuppliersduringaudit(includingpreparationphase)requestedbyPhilipsorrelatedtoPhilipsbusiness.
-        WorkcloselywithCSGproject/purchasing/marketcolleaguestoapplyproper

Essential/JobRequirements
BachelororEquivalentdegreeinrelatedLighting/Physics/Electronicsfield;
Detailedknowledgeofproductionqualitysystem,ControlPlan,ProcessImprovementTools,FMEA,SPC,AQLinspections,ISOprocedures;
BackgroundofLED/semi-conductorfieldispreferred;
Goodunderstandingoflightingprocess/product;
3-5+yearsqualityormanufacturingexperienceinthefactory
Strongcommunicationskills,maturitytocoach/convinceSuppliers;
Goodteamplayerandleadership
GoodEnglishandMandarin.
