Responsibility
1.        PerformenvironmentandReliabilitytestforBroadbandnetwork,OpticalTransmissionetcproducts,includingtestplan,testschedule,andreleasetestreport.
2.        SupportR&DengineertoanalyzethefailuresampleafterReliabilitytest.
3.        Supportmanagerandco-workwithteammembertoimproveReliabilityprocess,testskill,makereliabilityissuecanbeefficiencydetectedasearlieraspossible;andmaketheReliabilitydesignputinputproductlifecycleasearlieraspossible.
4.        Reliabilitylabequipmentsmaintenance.
5.        AperiodicitytrainingReliabilityknowledgeforrelateddepartmentmembers.

Requirement
1.        5+yearReliabilityexperience.
2.        Bachelor/Masterdegreeinelectrical,andwithgoodmechanicaltechnologyknowledge.
3.        Outstandingcommunicationskillwithinternalandexternalcustomer.
4.        WiththecapabilitytoindependentlydealwithallReliabilitytest(includingtestplan,testscheduleandtestreport)
5.        FamiliarwithGB2423,ETSI300019,GR63etcstandards.
6.        WithadvancedknowledgeforHALTandHASS
7.        FamiliarwithRELEXsoftware,knowMTBFcalculation.
8.        Withfull-scalesystemreliabilitydevelopmentconcept.
9.        FluentEnglishwithspeakingandwriting.
