Jobdescription:

•        Analyzeproductusageenvironmentandreview/modifyreliabilityspec;
•        DevelopreliabilitytestplanandORTMatrix;
•        Reviewdesignconcepts,organizedesignFMEAandidentifypotentialreliabilityconcerns/issues;
•        Reviewandapprovecriticalcomponentspecifications.
•        Conductorreviewreliabilityandcomponentteststovalidatetheintegrityofthedesignandmanufacturingquality.Deliverables:Reliabilityspec,FMEA(reliability),Listofpotentialdesignissues,Reliabilitytestplansandreports,systemOn-goingreliability(ORT)plan.Specsofcriticalcomponents,componentqualificationandORTreports.

Requirements:

•        AtleastMSinMechanicalEngineering,ElectricalEngineeringorPhysics;
•        FluentspokenandwrittenEnglish;
•        Deepknowledgeinstatistics,failureanalysis,designofexperiment(DOE),designFMEA;
•        5yearsworkingexperienceinreliabilityengineering,qualitycontrol,andhardwaretestingofelectroniccomponentsandsystems;
•        GoodEnglishcommunicationskillsandwilling/abletotraveltoUSA.
