岗位职责：
Responsibleforreliability&testprocessimprovementprojects&programsrequiredtoensurehighperformance,reliablecomponents&products&toensurecapabletestmeasurementsystems&datagathering/analysisprocesses.
PositionResponsibilities:
.•Determinetestprotocolsforinternalenvironmentalreliabilitytestingfordesign&processengineeringchangesthatsatisfyallindustrytestrequirements&standards&NeoPhotonicsinternaltestrequirements,
.•Develop,implement,document,&continuouslyimproveProductReliabilityMonitoringprogramsthatsatisfyallindustrytestrequirements&standards&NeoPhotonicsinternaltestrequirements,
.•Develop,implement,document,&continuouslyimproveproduct&processqualificationprograms,
.•Managethecollectionofdatafromthefield,in-houseacceleratedstresstestprograms,productcharacterizationtesting,post-deploymentsystemtesting,etc.
.•Workwithvendorstodeterminematerials&bestpracticestoensurereliableequipmentperformance,
.•Responsiblefordatareduction,dataanalysis,&generationofinternal&externalreports,
.•CoordinatewithFailureAnalysisteamtodeterminethemechanisms&rootcauseofproductfailuresidentifiedinfieldandin-housetesting,
.•Developtestprocedures&equipmenttoaccelerate&detectknownproductfailuremechanisms,
.•Responsibleforthedevelopmentofprojectplans,schedules&budgets(includingcostprojections)&adherencetothesame
.•Presentsproject&programstatusreports,
.•Responsiblefortheaccuratemeasurement&ratingofallproductsthroughpropercalibration&controlofthecompanytestequipment,includingGaugeR&Rrequirements,
.•Negotiation/coordinationofworkwith3rdpartytestfacilities,nationallabs,etc.
.•Providetechnicalassistancetoothergroups(productengineering,failureanalysis,processengineering,supplychain,etc.).

素质要求：
-Bachelorormasterdegree,majorinReliabilityEngineering,optoelectricsorother;

-Minimum2yearsworkingexperienceinTelecomareaatamultinationalcompany;

-Knowledgeandexperiencewithpassiveopticalproducttestingandmeasuringsystemisastrongplus;

-Knowledgeofreliabilityphysics,statistics,andexperimentaldesignpreferred.

-HavegoodcommunicationskillsinChineseandEnglish,goodreadingandwritingskillinEnglish;

呵，Gary版主公司招人啊。。。不错，希望有兴趣的人千万不要错过啊。

光通讯器件方面的，深圳几家光通讯的少数大企业。在网上找到的信息，大家伙看看，不知道有没有过时，楼主也看看，有多少出入？
JDSU:在深圳。这个公司是老大，一年卖个12亿美金的样子（数据未查）。管理上像比较典型的美国公司，上班不打卡，工作比较轻松。5点半人走光。待遇中上吧，我认识的人有硕士4年10k的。也有本科3年7k,8k的都有。13个月，没啥福利。

Bookham:深圳。英国公司。不熟，好像在人力市场上不活跃，讨论的人不多。认识硕士应届6k,进去都有英国几个月的培训。听说福利不错。

Neophotonics:深圳。美国公司。最近几年疯狂挖人，开价偏高。一定程度上抬高了人才市场价格。认识本科7年的16k,5年的10k,3年的8k,硕士2年11k等等。但是这个公司还没上市，如果明年再上不了市，可能会挂。一年13个月，没啥福利。

OPLINK:珠海的美国公司。听说研发做的不错。不过这个公司是台湾人办的，公司里台湾人太多。所以管理上有不少台湾特色，对员工比较抠门。待遇应届本科3.5k,硕士4-5k。福利巨差，创造过年终奖30RMB的记录。大把人跳往JDSU和Neophotonics.基本没有反着跳的。

Avenix:上海美国公司，认识本科2年6k的。待遇听说不错。

Finisar:上海美国公司，不熟，主要好像做收发模块。上海做晶体光学器件像隔离器，或者高级一点的那什么interleaver,应该都是要物理背景的。待遇一般。

慧视通讯：广州美国公司。在一个鸟不拉屎的南沙区。公司处于起步阶段吧。很破。
