原来这老爷子，是可靠性大牛之人。比他牛的人，也不是太多。

PS.LZ你太激动了点.handbook两册就可以了,其他的书都有太多的重复和累述...

Maryland好多department还是相当牛得。
Arizona可靠性应该是老大
多伦多在加拿大还是还行吧！毕竟美国的高校还是比加拿大的高一个数量级

Arizona强在systemreliability
Toronto我相信放到美国来排名,固然比不上maryland
但是超过Arizona应该还是可以的
