MAINPURPOSEOFTHEJOB:
ATestTechnicianIIItestsprintersandassociatedfirmware.Thesetestsinclude,butarenotconfinedto,verificationofprinterdesignsinadevelopmentstage,qualificationofprinterspriortoreleaseforgeneralmanufacturinganddistribution,andpostlaunchdesignassurance.Testingisgenerallydoneaccordingtotestplansgovernedbymarketingrequirementsandspecifications.

KEYJOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistsincreatinglaboratorytestplansandorganizingtestresults.
• Installsfirmwareandexecutesproducttestplanswithnodirectsupervision.
• Testsprintercomponentssuchasmainlogicboards,powersupplyboards,printheads,andmotorsaccordingtodocumentedprocedures.
• Providesfirstlevelfailureanalysisandassistsinrootcausefailureanalysis.
• Determinesprinterperformancewiththeproperequipmentandaccordingtoestablishedprocedures.
• Assistsinthepreparationofstatisticalandgraphicpresentationsinprojectreports.
• Trainsjuniortechniciansandcoordinatetheactivitiesofotherpersonnelworkingonmultipletestprojects.
• Maintainsthedepartmentingoodworkingorderandtakescareofalltoolsandinstruments.
• Completestestactivitiesinathoroughandtimelymanner.
• Performsotherdutiesasassigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
●Associate'sdegreeincomputerscienceoranengineeringtechnology,orequivalentexperience.
●5yearsexperienceinanEngineeringorQualityAssurancetestingfacilitywithsomesupervisoryexperience.
●Someknowledgedesiredin802.11b/gandBluetoothwirelessprotocolsandindustrystandards.
●SomeknowledgedesiredinRFID(RadioFrequencyIdentification)technology
●SomeknowledgedesiredinvariouscardencodingtechnologiessuchasMagEncoderandSmartCard.
●Proficiencywithcomputersandexperiencewithspreadsheet,wordprocessing,andbarcodeprograms.

此工作是负责实验室可靠性测试，（寿命测试，高低温测试，震动测试等）
熟悉movingparts(例如齿轮，马达等)
英文口语能沟通，直接的老板是老外
如果熟悉无线通信协议（802.11b/g）最好（这个条件不是必须的，如果有，当然是最好的）

能做到的engineer都不多吧，呵呵

此职位不是一般的普通的技术员，每家公司的架构不一样，竟然直接向经理汇报，就不会是一般的技术员的职位，至于薪资方面，这个需要去谈，不去尝试，你怎么知道这个职位的薪酬水平呢？

老外的想法和我们的想法可能不一致，在国外这个职位叫技术员，但以我们目前国内的可靠性水平来讲，可以算是相当不错的工程师要求了，我想工资应该不会差哪里去。
