这个是官方网站上给出来的NPRD2010估计已经放出来了，但是国内好像还没动静。高人们，能不能弄到写NPRD的材料？大家共享下

機械可靠度預估手冊從1992年正式發佈後陸續有1994,1998,2006,2008,2010(最新版）可從下述美國海軍網站下載：
