ActingintotheR&Ddepartment,youwillbeparticipatingtoNewProductsDevelopmenttoevaluateandimprovethequalityofWirelessproducts(GSM,3G/WCDMA,GPSandotherwirelessstandards).Youwillalsobeinterfacingbetweenthehardware/RFandSoftwareteamsinchargeofproductdevelopment,andthelaboratoriesinchargeoftestingtheproductfortheenvironmentaltest(temperature,cycling,humidity,vibration,shocks,ESD…).Wetargettogeneratehightechnologyproductscomplianttotheutmostreliabilitystandardscoveringautomotiverequirements.Ifyouareadetail-oriented,analyticalandpassionateprofessional,weinviteyoutojoinusasaReliabilityProjectEngineertostrengthenourreliabilityteamanddevelopyourcareerwithus.

Responsibilities
•ProvideReliabilityExpertiseandGuidanceduringtheproductdevelopment.AdviseandconferwithR&Dengineersindesignreviewmeetingsconsideringalternativedesignsolutionstogivereliabilityfindingsandrecommendations
•Developandadapttestingequipmenttomonitorproductperformancesduringreliabilitytest(HWandTestBenchSoftwaredevelopment)
•Prepareandverifythedevicesandtestplatformpriortodeliverytoenvironmentaltestlaboratories
•Coordinate,supportandmonitorthereliabilitytestingwithexternallaboratories
•PerformRootCauseandFailureAnalysistoproposeproductenhancements
•PrepareReliabilityProgressReportandotherreliabilitydeliverablesfortheprojectmanagers
•Completetheprojectwithreliabilitytestreportgeneratedbythelaboratories
Requirements
•DiplomaorDegreeinElectronicEngineering
•2yearsofrelevantworkingexperience
•FamiliarwithreliabilityrequirementsandguidancematerialsuchasIEC/ISOstandards
•Knowledgeofbestreliabilitydesignpractices(HALT,DVT,etc).
•KnowledgeinTestbenchSoftwaredevelopmentsuchasC,C++andLabwindowsCVI
•Knowledgeinstandardcommunicationprotocols(egGPIB,RS232)
•FamiliarwithRFandBBequipments(GSMtester,spectrumanalyzer,networkanalyzer,Logicanalyzer…)
•Excellentverbal,writtenandinterpersonalcommunicationskills
•Exceptionalanalyticalskillswithhighlevelofattentiontodetail
•Abilitytointeractwithsuppliers/Laboratories

给大陆工资还是香港工资啊，给大陆工资肯定不能去，那面月收入少于2w港币没有法活的，给香港工资直接在香港找一个就ok了,干嘛那么费尽，要求也并不是很高。难道是工资高于内地，低于香港？？？？

给香港薪水。之前是一个香港人的位置，后来离开了。
刚和那边沟通公司会帮忙去香港的事宜。
