以下是BellcoreGR-1221标准对Arrhenius模型的扩展运用(增加了湿度影响),跟LZ的公式有点差异,但为何LZ说公式是错的?

当然,Gr-1221-Core还是提到Arrhenius模型不是最佳选择:

另外,LZ提到的Hallberg-PeckModel,请教适用于哪些方面?
