今天和客户开会，被鄙视了，因为我说阿氏方程的加速模型没有温度循环的，结果客户说有的，我不知道而已。
特请各位老大给个建议，让我这个老人学习学习，谢谢

哈哈，前一阵儿还在找这个模型，找到之后只知道是IBM用于电源模块的温度循环加速，原来在这个标准里面有（JESD94）。感谢Admin的详细讲解和丰富的链接！
